The folding system is built for speed and consistency. The design speed reaches 0–10,000 sheets per minute, while the stable folding speed runs at 4,000–7,200 sheets per minute. The packaging side supports 65–90 packs per minute, and the lid-laying speed also reaches 65–90 lids per minute, depending on lid size and shape.

The line’s feeding structure is one of its biggest strengths. The 8-group original fabric frame uses a 1 cutting and 2 band automatic splitting dual-roll frame. Each roll opens independently, and the system keeps feeding without stopping. That non-stop feeding design shortens material changeover time and helps the factory maintain output during long production runs. Each roll also has an independent automatic alignment system, which reduces deviation and supports better folding accuracy.

The machine also includes photoelectric eye detection connectors and an automatic defective connector rejection system. This is especially important in wipes production, because a weak joint or damaged web section can create a downstream jam, an uneven stack, or a packaging problem. By detecting and rejecting defects early, the line protects both product quality and production efficiency.
