Filling Nozzles
By using vacuum suction cups, the two sides of the packaging bag mouth are bonded and adsorbed. After absorption, both sides are simultaneously pulled open by the mechanical action of the cam swing rod. At the same time, the bag grippers on both sides of the bag are synchronously squeezed towards the middle, achieving the effect of opening the bag.
Opening detection+ air blowing
The machine uses photoelectric detection to detect the packaging materials on both sides of the bag opening. If no photoelectric detection is found on either side, it indicates that the bag opening has failed. For packaging bags that fail to open, subsequent actions will not be filled or sealed, all packaging materials can be recycled.
