HFFS Packaging Machine YD-400
This fully automatic four-outlet packaging machine is the first high-speed special-shaped bag filling machine in the country, which is exclusively designed and developed by our company. It includes four-bag slot bag taking mechanism, bag opening mechanism, air blowing mechanism,filling, heat sealing, and other mechanisms, specially designed to meet the high-volume filling needs of the health drink industry.

The machine is made according to European standards, with symmetrical height and horizontal position without tilt. The overall frame and the part in contact with the material are made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, with brushed and polished surface, easy to clean and maintain. The overall thickness of the frame reaches 3mm, and the thickness of the substrate reaches more than 16mm. The design fully meets GMP requirements for food and drug production.
More than 90% of the parts are processed by CNC machine tools with high precision. The parts are selected according to the different forces and inertia. The circuit layout is clear for high and low voltage, and the line layout is neat and the markings are clear. The power structure adopts a combination of servo control and divider system, which is simple and fast to maintain and easy to adjust. The normal operation noise of the whole machine is less than 70 decibels, with high and low voltage protection function, the design size conforms to ergonomics, convenient maintenance and repair, and greatly improves the user experience of the equipment.

Filling Nozzles
By using vacuum suction cups, the two sides of the packaging bag mouth are bonded and adsorbed. After adsorption, both sides are simultaneously pulled open by the mechanical action of the cam swing rod. At the same time, the bag grippers on both sides of the bag are synchronously squeezed towards the middle, thus opening the bag.
Opening detection+ air blowing
Using photoelectric detection to detect the packaging materials on both sides of the bag opening. If no photoelectric detection is found on either side, it indicates that the bag opening has failed. For packaging bags that fail to open, subsequent actions will not be filled or sealed; all packaging materials can be recycled.
