Using servo control, the servo motor drives feeding, film transport, horizontal sealing, and other processes. This design simplifies the mechanical transmission system, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

The synchronous belt drive has a compact structure, is easy to maintain, and greatly reduces transmission noise, making the machine run more smoothly.
Specially designed horizontal sealing structure: the center of the upper and lower sealers can be finely adjusted to compensate for machining defects and ensure sealing pressure. The sealer is positioned and fixed with the horizontal sealing shaft, ensuring accurate sealing without shifting at high speed. Low noise, low failure rate, and excellent sealing performance.
User-friendly touch screen panel with product recipe function: parameters (such as bag length, packaging speed, vertical sealing temperature, horizontal sealing temperature, product conveyor level, horizontal seal zero position, etc.) can be pre-stored for different products. This allows direct recall of recipe data during product changeover without repeatedly entering or modifying settings.
The bottom film feeding structure combined with conveyor belt feeding prevents material breakage caused by feeding claws, improving finished product yield. It also avoids biscuit crumbs accumulation, making daily cleaning and maintenance easier. The conveyor guide rail adopts a crumb-leakage design, preventing residue buildup and mold, better meeting food safety requirements.
