Liquid oral production line introduction
This production line consists of a bottle feeding machine, a bottle washing machine, a far-infrared tunnel oven, a filling and capping machine, a light inspection machine, and a labeling machine. It is suitable for the production of round glass bottles. It can complete the process of unpacking and feeding the bottles into the bottle washing machine for cleaning, internal and external flushing with water vapor, and then entering the drying and sterilization, cooling, filling, and capping processes.
This machine is a production line that our company has successfully developed and produced to meet the “GMP” production requirements based on the actual situation of my country’s pharmaceutical industry. It has the advantages of stable production, high yield, convenient operation and maintenance, and low operating costs. It is suitable for the production of oral preparations in glass bottles. The production line widely uses PLC systems, and the front and rear equipment have photoelectric sensors to prevent bottles from squeezing and breaking. It is a complete mechatronic product!

YDGP-120 disc bottle feeding machine (two units in total, connected to the bottle washing machine and filling machine respectively)
YDGP-120 disc bottle feeder is an indispensable auxiliary machine for equipment connection in the pharmaceutical industry. It plays a role in sorting and storing bottles in production. It is also used for connection buffer between oven and filling, and is equipped with sensors and front and rear machines to form a production line.
The principle is as follows: the turntable motor is driven by a pair of gears meshing to make the bottle unscrambling turntable run. Bottles are fed into the bottle unscrambling turntable through the bottle feeding hopper or conveyed from the previous process. The blocking bar on the bottle unscrambling table is equipped with an eccentric wheel, so that the blocking bar can orderly guide the scattered bottles into the bottle conveying track. The bottles are then transferred to the conveyor belt of the filling machine.

YDXX-30 Bottle Washing Machine
This equipment uses a motor to drive the shaft to rotate so that the bottle to be rinsed enters the bottle inlet dial and then is introduced into the bottle washing clamp. After turning 180 degrees, it reaches the bottom of the bottle washing plate for an air flushing <purified air> and then turns 180 degrees down to enter the bottle outlet dial and is transported to the next process through the shaft to complete the bottle cleaning.
This equipment is widely used in the production of food, health products, pharmaceuticals, and household chemicals. It has a reasonable mechanical structure, convenient operation and maintenance, stable operation performance, and high output. This machine is equipped with a protective cover composed of a 304# stainless steel frame and tempered glass.
This machine uses a lot of gas. It is recommended that the user configure a 300L gas tank <with a safety valve and pressure gauge>. The pipe at one end of the gas tank is connected to the air compressor <purified air>, and the pipe at the other end is connected to the air pipe of this machine to ensure that the machine supplies gas steadily and achieves the effect of minimizing the water residue in the gas flushing bottle.
YDHX-7 Tunnel type far infrared sterilization oven
Under the control of PLC program, the bottles are transported by the conveyor belt into the preheating zone, high temperature zone and cooling zone in turn. The conveyor belt speed is steplessly adjustable, and the temperature is adjusted and monitored by the color display screen. After drying and sterilization, the bottles automatically enter the subsequent equipment of the production line. The whole process can be monitored and operated by the display screen. The temperature monitoring system can be set.
One of the important features of this machine is that there are temperature and pressure test controls in each important space. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and ensures that the sterilization is foolproof, and the temperature of the entire production process is printed and filed.
Performance and characteristics of tunnel sterilization dryer
Imported LCD display and programmable controller are used to accurately programmably set and control the process parameters such as heating and operation of the whole machine.
The air volume in the whole machine can be set to automatically segment frequency conversion balance.

Bottles are fed into the bottle feeding hopper or conveyed into the bottle unscrambling turntable in the previous process. The block bar on the bottle unscrambling table is equipped with an eccentric wheel, so that the bottle blocking bar can orderly transfer the scattered bottles to the bottle conveying track. Here, the bottles are divided into two and transmitted to the conveyor belt of the filling machine.

YDGZ-12 Full Servo High Speed Oral Liquid Bottle Filling and Capping Machine
This machine is a new type of equipment with high output for automatic capping and automatic screw capping of oral liquid filling. It is mainly used for 30-50ml straight tube glass bottles and 12-head mobile filling. It has a bridge turntable for conveying and 12-head volume capping.
