The Automatic Bagging Machine YD-600 is a high-performance solution designed for precise and efficient packaging using folded film materials. It is ideal for industries requiring secure and reliable bagging, including food, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

Equipped with an intelligent detection system, the machine ensures accurate weighing (±1.5g precision) and automatically rejects defective packages, such as overweight, underweight, or improperly sealed bags. The integrated photoelectric bag length detection further enhances quality control by identifying and removing non-standard bags. A pneumatic exhaust system eliminates excess air for compact and secure packaging.

The PLC-controlled system with a user-friendly touchscreen interface allows operators to easily adjust packaging parameters, including bag length, sealing settings, and film feed. The modular design enables seamless adaptation between single, double, and multi-row packaging with quick part replacements.

Supporting folded film (2.5-3mm thickness) and roll film (PE, POF materials), the YD-600 accommodates a bag width range of 300mm-620mm and operates at speeds of 10-15 bags per minute, depending on product characteristics.
