The electrical control system uses an advanced PLC and is equipped with a color POD (touchscreen), a friendly interface, and convenient operation. Frame width, packaging speed, and other parameters can be quickly and easily adjusted.
The main motor is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation; using the color touchscreen, the frequency can be set within a certain range to meet production needs.
The machine is equipped with a standard automatic detection device to detect air pressure, temperature controller failure, machine bagging condition, and whether the packaging bag is open or closed. It can judge the state of the machine, and if the heat sealing is sealing properly to avoid wasting packaging materials and raw materials and greatly save costs.
The machine has a compact mechanical structure, a reasonable drive system layout easy to maintain.
All mechanical parts are linked; the spring is built into the clamp, and the equipment is time-tested and stable.
