The electrical control system uses an advanced PLC, equipped with a color POD (touchscreen), a friendly interface, and convenient operation. It is quick and easy to adjust the frame width, packaging speed and other parameters.
The main motor is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation; using the color touchscreen, the frequency can be set within a certain range to meet production needs.
The machine comes equipped with an automatic detection device to detect air pressure, temperature controller failure, machine bagging condition, and whether the packaging bag is open. It can judge the state of the machine, control whether the machine is coded, and whether the filling device is filling and heat sealing properly to avoid wasting packaging materials and raw materials and save costs.
The machine has a mechanical structure design, a compact drive system layout and is easy to maintain.
Pure mechanical linkage, the spring type is built in the clamp, the equipment is time-tested and stable.
