Our advanced weighing and filling machine is a fully integrated packaging system designed for both powder and granular materials. It features a horizontal bagging unit paired with an efficient feeding system for accurate measurement and packaging. Key highlights include an easy bag release with adjustable bag shape control via a hand wheel knob valve, and an imported pressure-sensing device that ensures no bag is filled or sealed unless conditions are optimal—saving packaging material. The system uses a simple, cam-driven mechanism for precise operation, a color touch screen for user-friendly control, and a robust construction with 304L stainless steel and corrosion-resistant components. Ideal for packaging products such as candies, peanuts, puffed foods, granules, pharmaceuticals, seeds, and more.
This fully automatic packaging machine features durable stainless steel or food-grade plastic construction and integrates all processes from feeding to sealing. It’s easy to operate with a touch screen and intelligently prevents material waste. The bag width is quickly adjustable, and it’s compatible with various bag types. It can also be equipped with electronic scales for powder or liquid metering, offering a fully automated packaging solution.
