This small sachet packing machine is suitable for various liquid products in the range of 3-100 ml per bag. These include ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, and other food and non-food liquids. The optional bag types include strip, back-sealed pillow bag, three-side seal, four-side seal, etc.

1. Tasks like bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting are all finished automatically.
2. You can have under set length control or photo-electronic color tracing. We will set bag length and cut in one step. It allows you to save both film and time as well!
3. The temperature is under independent PID control, more suitable for different packing materials.
4. The driving system is simple and reliable, and maintenance is easy to perform.
5. Applicable material should be composite films like: PET/PE, Paper/PE, PET/AL/PE, OPP/PE
6. The thickness of the roll film varies between 70~110 microns.
