The NY-100 capsule filling machine is a device independently developed, designed and produced by our company that can complete (solution, suspension, microemulsion) filling in hard capsules. It adopts a ceramic pump to add liquid, and a servo motor controls the filling system to ensure the filling difference, accurate measurement, optical fiber detection, no liquid addition when there is no glue, and automatic kicking.
This machine adopts a stepless frequency converter, which is convenient and intuitive to operate. As a new and convenient drug delivery method and filling concept in the new century, this machine is the latest filling equipment for the development of high-end products in the pharmaceutical food, health care products and other industries.
1. The equipment adopts a human-machine interface control system, and automatically alarms for capsule shortage and material shortage.

New enclosed turntable
The ten-station rotary table is formed by one-piece processing, with compact structure, no joint gap, good sealing, easy disassembly and maintenance, and the upper and lower modules move independently (the lower mold moves horizontally and the upper mold moves vertically). The fixed bracket shaft seal of the upper and lower modules adopts oil-proof and dust-proof double-lip bone dustproof ring. The general working principle of each station: the first station is capsule separation, the second station is separation of the upper and lower capsule molds, the third station is photoelectric detection of whether the capsule separation is normal, the fourth station is filling liquid, the fifth station is adding smaller capsules (mixed filling). The sixth station is to remove the capsules that are not separated normally and the damaged capsules. The seventh station is an empty station. The eighth station is to lock the capsules. The ninth station is to export the finished capsules (connected to the capsule sealing machine). The tenth station is to reset the upper and lower molds.
