This vacuum-driven production line is designed to fill and seal glass bottles.

The Double Head Bottle Filling Machine is designed for the filling of a wide range of liquids, creams, and sauces with soft particles (e.g., honey, chili sauce, tomato sauce, pearl milk tea, coconut juice, orange juice), offering exceptional versatility for diverse applications.
This high-tech filling machine uses PLC control for accurate, bubble-free filling of various liquids.It is mainly used in the production of laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel and daily chemical products. It is also suitable for efficient filling of food and beverages such as fruit juice and seasoning liquid.
This bottle filler has an 18-head differential pressure vacuum filler for equal filling levels. It is bubble-proof and drip-proof, with a separate material tank and filling valve for easy cleaning.
