BFS-30 Process

Granular PP or PE material is used, melted and plasticized at high temperature by the extruder, and extruded through the cavity to form a plastic tube embryo. The tube embryo is integrated, filled, and sealed in a bottle-shaped mold (after sterilization and filtration) Air protection), realize the aseptic filling of the liquid medicine, and then remove the waste of the product through the punching machine to form the final product.
